Refunds and Exchanges

All deposits and fees are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances, except in the event of a cancellation by MVMT Certified.

Credit Policy

• Cancellation Prior to Event Commencement (by 11:59 PM the day before the event, Friday): A full credit for all fees paid will be issued to the registering account.
• Cancellation on Event Day (Saturday or Sunday): No credit will be issued.

Credit Usage:

• Credits may be applied toward any future MVMT Certified event registration.
• Credits will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
• Credits may be converted into a voucher redeemable for merchandise at an MVMT Certified event.

Observation Policy

No Parent/Guardian Observation:
Parent and guardian observation within studios, ballrooms, or event venues is not permitted, except for Group Leaders and credentialed officials.
